Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book services?
For bridal services, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season. For special events, 3-4 weeks notice is ideal. For regular appointments and consultations, 1-2 weeks notice is usually sufficient, but we always try to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.
Do you offer mobile services?
Yes, we provide on-location services for bridal parties, special events, and photoshoots. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance. Please mention your location requirements when booking so we can provide accurate pricing information.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of standard appointments. For bridal services, we require 7 days notice. Cancellations outside these timeframes may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-shows are subject to the full service fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. For bridal bookings and large group services, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your date, with the balance due 7 days before the service date.
